Returns and refunds
You have a legal period of 14 days to return your order, without having to justify your decision.
Withdrawal period
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Procedure
- Contact us by email at contact@ma-broche.fr stating your order number
- Return the brooches in their original packaging, intact and unworn
- Upon receipt and inspection, we issue the refund within 14 days
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for a defective product or an error on our part.
Defective products
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant brooch, take a photo and contact us immediately. We arrange a replacement or a refund at no charge.
Non-eligible products
Worn or visibly used brooches are not eligible for return, except in case of a defect.
