Order

How do I place an order?

Add your brooches to the cart, then click "Continue to payment". An account is required to complete the order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Any change must be requested within 2 hours of confirmation by contacting us at contact@ma-broche.fr. After that, the order may have already shipped.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

24-72 business hours in France, 3-7 days in the EU. Delivery is free from €39 (in France). See the Delivery page.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Not yet. We deliver to France and 25 European Union countries.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card and SEPA (European direct debit) via our secure provider Mollie.

Is my card data secure?

Yes. It is SSL-encrypted and handled directly by Mollie (PCI-DSS level 1). We never store your card number.

Our brooches

How does a brooch attach?

Most of our brooches have a classic pin system. We also offer magnetic brooches that attach without piercing the fabric, ideal for delicate materials.

What are your brooches made of?

Our brooches are made of gold- or silver-tone metal, often set with rhinestones, enamel or pearls. The composition is stated on each product page.
